House bill aims to block proposed EPA water rule

In an effort to block the Environmental Protection Agency's proposed Waters of the United States (WOTUS) rule, two House leaders introduced legislation on Monday that would block the rule from taking effect. Local governments receive over $83.5 million from Wisconsin DOT

Northbound I-29 ramps at U.S. 275/Iowa 92 to close for one year

The Iowa Department of Transportation (IDOT) said on Monday that the on- and off-ramps for northbound I-29 at the U.S. 275/Iowa 92 interchange (exit 47) are set to close on Thursday for approximately one year for road work.
