Alabama attorney receives national recognition

David Hall of Birmingham, Alabama-based Baker Donelson has received the Transportation Lawyers Association's (TLA) 2015 Distinguished Service Award.

Hall chairs Baker Donelson's Transportation Practice Group and is a member of the firm's Product Liability and Mass Tort Group. His practice concentrates on civil litigation with an emphasis on transportation, personal injury, business torts, commercial disputes and product liability.

Hall is in charge of Baker Donelson's 24-Hour Motor Carrier Emergency Response Team, a network of Baker Donelson lawyers from across the Southeast who provide rapid post-accident investigation.

Hall has been named in The Best Lawyers in America in Transportation Law since 2010 and in Alabama Super Lawyers since 2012. His memberships include the Trucking Industry Defense Association, Defense Research Institute, the Alabama Defense Lawyers Association and the Transportation Lawyers Association. He chairs the Transportation Lawyers Association's Committee on Casualty Litigation and was the 2015 Education Program Committee Chair.

TLA is an international bar association whose members assist provide services in logistics and transportation services.
