Four executives at AmeriQuest Transportation Services recently earned the designation of Certified Transportation Professional (CTP) from the National Private Truck Council and its Board of Governors.

This brings to seven the number of AmeriQuest executives who have received the certification to operate a complex private truck fleet in a highly regulated industry.

The CTP program was started more than 20 years ago to provide transportation professionals with a more in-depth understanding of private fleet management, including finance, operations, maintenance, human resources and safety.

“We want the companies we serve to know that we have the needed perspective and commitment to help them operate more efficiently and profitably,” Patrick Gaskins, group vice president of strategic fleet planning and financing for AmeriQuest, said. “We’re proud of the hard work and dedication our team has put into earning this prestigious designation.”

The members of the AmeriQuest CTP Class of 2015 are: Vice Presidents John Primiano, Chris Hamilton and Matt Guice; and Director Frank Bussone. They join previous designees Patrick Gaskins, Mike Hamilton and Brian Benicewicz.
