The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) has selected Rolta to create and distribute the next generation Enterprise Data Warehouse for the agency.
Rolta is a leading provider of innovative IT solutions for federal and state governments, utilities and oil, gas, financial services, manufacturing, retail and health care companies.
Based on Rolta’s progress and success, UDOT is planning to increase its contract with the company pertaining to its new UGate 2.0 data warehouse. UGate 2.0 is a major enhancement to the department’s legacy system.
UGate 2.0 will compile and assemble detailed information about roadway construction projects.
The new data warehouse will continue to support current queries and add an additional reporting requirement and provide spatial capabilities to track logistics.
The new program will also allow the Utah DOT to meet the requirements of the newly implemented MAP 21 program across the nation.
