TransForce, Inc. said April 16 that it has acquired Davis Transportation Services (DTS), the leading regional provider of high-quality commercial truck drivers in New England.
DTS is among the less than 2 percent of all staffing agencies in the United States and Canada to earn the Best of Staff Award for service excellence.
"DTS is another perfect acquisition for us,” TransForce President and CEO David Broome said. “Like TransForce, DTS was founded on the basis of quality, compliance and safety. Both companies have had success in focusing on customer service and providing the best opportunities for our drivers. DTS is a great addition to our company and a perfect fit in our acquisition strategy," Broome said.
Broome said acquisitions are part of TransForce’s growth strategy.
“Along with organic growth, we continue to seek acquisitions with like-minded companies such as DTS, which are market leaders in providing high-quality professional drivers to the industry," Broome said.
TransForce is a nationwide company that provides commercial truck drivers to the transportation industry.
