David Evans and Associates Inc. (DEA) has expanded in the Pacific Northwest region by finalizing its merger with Triad on July 31.
"The merger with Triad will substantially increase DEA’s presence in Puget Sound, and provide clear benefits to our clients, employees, and shareholders,” Al Barkouli, DEA chairman and CEO, said. “Triad’s outstanding reputation, excellent client relationships and talented staff enable us to offer our clients an expanded and comprehensive suite of consulting services.”
As part of the deal, Triad is now a division under DEA.
“When considering this opportunity, we really focused on how our two companies’ core values align, and it’s clear to me this is a great fit,” Jeff Cox, Triad president, said. “There are a lot of similarities, especially when it comes to how each company values its clients and honors its employees. The merger will allow Triad’s clients to benefit from expanded services and resources – both regionally and nationally. Our project teams are looking forward to being part of a five-office, Puget Sound-area DEA team. By being part of a larger talent pool, our teams will be able to collaborate on a wider variety of projects and offer expanded services. We’ll be stronger together.”
