The American Trucking Association (ATA) recently announced that it has named Spireon, a vehicle telematics company, one of its Featured Products providers.
“Managing the flow of freight across our nation’s highways safely and efficiently is critical for fleet business operations every day,”
ATA President and CEO
Bill Graves said. “We are very pleased that Spireon will be helping our members in this all-important task as an ATA Featured Product provider. In keeping with their commitment to safety, we are also thrilled to welcome them as a supporter for the ATA Share the Road highway safety program.”
Using fleet telematics and GPS, Spireon unites truck drivers and motor carriers. This allows managers to monitor real-time data, supervise their fleets, heighten safety, raise productivity and improve driver behavior. Now fleet managers can practice smarter trailer use choices as well as protect their fleet investments. They also help managers gain higher driver satisfaction ratings.
“Spireon is proud to be named to the ATA Featured Product program,” Roni Taylor, Spireon’s vice president of industry relations, said. “We are a customer-centric organization with a keen focus on meeting and exceeding our customers’ expectations. As an ATA Featured Product, we look forward to helping our transportation customers realize the full potential of big data insight from their connected trucks, trailers and assets.”
