Gafcon, a program and construction-management firm that focuses on value-added management services for a variety of projects, recently said it is now offering services within the transportation sector.
Sam Hout, a transportation-planning veteran, is leading this expansion of services, which the company now offers for state, local and federal transportation projects.
Hout has over 30 years of experience in his successful career as an engineering and construction expert in the infrastructure industry. Hout's expertise and knowledge make him one of the leaders in his industry, both in the U.S. and around the world.
