Oregon Department of Transportation issued the following announcement on April 29.
The southbound Delta Highway and Valley River Center onramps to westbound I-105 reopened to travelers today on schedule after eight weeks of construction. Barriers were removed just before 1 p.m.
Crews replaced concrete, made repairs, strengthened the ramp, installed new bridge rails, and paved over the past two months.
