AmeriQuest Transportation Services released an animated video promoting its roadside assistance service, Road Rescue, for commercial trucks on Thursday.

The video explains that break downs often occur in remote locations, utilizing a situation not uncommon among commercial drivers.  According to the video, a call to the company is all that is needed to get necessary repairs or towing done no matter the hour or day.

“We know that a breakdown is no laughing matter,” Byron Lay, director of AmeriQuest Road Rescue, said. “But we wanted to create an informational video that would engage customers and prospects while still making very clear all of the benefits customers derive when they sign with AmeriQuest Road Rescue. Our new data platform really sets us apart from many of our competitors by giving customers all of the information they need, not only the real-time information to track that single event, but also data analytics so they can go back and review causes to help prevent similar occurrences in the future.”

The video also states that there are no surprise costs, other than what the prices are according to the company’s national account pricing.

The company specializes in commercial fleet management services, and financing- and marketing-related services to members.
