Caltrans awards $23 million contract to NV5 Holdings

NV5 Holdings, Inc. has been awarded a $23 million contract with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) District 10 to provide on-call construction engineering, inspection and materials sampling, along with testing services for a three-year period.

“We have managed a significant amount of transportation infrastructure projects throughout California’s Central Valley for many years,” NV5 Chairman and CEO

Dickerson Wright said. “Our experience allows us to help Caltrans and other public agencies improve the quality of transportation in their regions.”

NV5 began working with Caltrans District 10 in 2007. District 10 spans eight counties and includes more than 3,500 miles of state roads from Alpine to Merced and as far east as Mariposa.

“It is our priority to provide the best possible service to clients like Caltrans, and we are honored that NV5 has been selected as the best-qualified to assist them in the delivery of their construction program,” NV5 senior vice president and project manager

Todd George said.
