CEVA receives Best Seafreight award

CEVA Logistics, a supply chain management firm, recently received the Best Logistics Provider – Seafreight award as part of the Asia Freight, Logistics and Supply Chain Awards 2015 in Hong Kong. 

Organized by Asia Cargo News, the awards are meant to honor the top organizations in shipping and air lines, logistics, air and sea ports, third-party logistics provider, and similar professionals in the industry. The recipients must demonstrate leadership, innovation, consistent service quality, reliability and customer relationship management.

Various service users and readers of Air Cargo News voted on nominations in each category. Winners as well as finalists were public recognized during an awards dinner at the Sky100, ICC in Hong Kong.

“I am very pleased that CEVA has been presented with the Best Logistics Provider of Seafreight award in Asia Pacific,” Akhil Nair, CEVA director of Ocean Trades, Asia Pacific, said. “This is a wonderful achievement by our team. The award demonstrates our commitment in an important growth region like Asia, to deliver service excellence and innovative solutions which are recognized as industry’s best practice.”

Today, Delaware River and Bay Authority (DRBA) officials announced that independent credit agencies, S&P Global Ratings (S&P) and Moody’s Investors Service (Moody’s), affirmed the bi-state agency’s bond ratings of ‘A’ and ‘A1’ respectively on both the DRBA’s long-term underlying rating (SPUR) on revenue bonds outstanding and the proposed $180 million Series 2019 Revenue Bonds.
