DDC FPO, a Montreal-based expert on freight business processes, recently partnered with Dicom Transportation Group, a North American supplier of logistics and transportation services, with the two companies expanding into the Canadian market to improve business process management.

The goal of the partnership is to modify and recharge the DDC’s business process management by using technology-enabled, unique office programs.

“DDC FPO are the best at what they do. They are the only true experts of transportation business processes available today,”

Dicom Transportation Group CEO

Scott Dobak said. “We are excited to name DDC as our partner in this initiative. Our work together will reap long-term benefits for Dicom customers and allies.”

Dicom’s services include full truckload (FTL), less-than-truckload (LTL), expedited, regional parcel transportation, final mile, and cross border capabilities. Dicom and DDC will create a business management model to help Dicom develop new integration capabilities, stronger business intelligence, and improved time efficiency, all of which will improve its customer service.

“Dicom has a vigorous pursuit of continuous improvement,” said Chad Crotty, DDC FPO’s vice president of sales. “We are honored that Dicom is one of our first partners in Canada, and we can’t wait to see what this new market has in store for us.”
