The Iowa Transportation Commission has released details on Tuesday’s meeting in Ames, Iowa.
The commission approved new rules for the Farm-to-Market Review Board, as well as
Iowa’s Clean Air Attainment Program Funding Recommendations.
The commission also approved funding recommendations for the Statewide Transportation Alternatives Program and Federal Recreational Trails Program.
The commission also approved new Revitalize Iowa’s Sound Economy (RISE) Policies.
On December 18, low-fare carrier Frontier Airlines announced the establishment of a new 130-employee crew base and eight additional routes at Miami International Airport in 2020, including first-time international service for the airline from MIA.
