The four lanes of the new Pearl Harbor Memorial Bridge, also known as Q Bridge, in Connecticut are scheduled to open to drivers on Monday now that construction project has been completed ahead of schedule, Gov. Dannel Malloy announced Sept. 18. Q Bridge, located on I-95 in New Haven, is the largest project in the Connecticut Department of Transportation's (DOT) history.
