Representative Sam Graves (R-MO) has represented Missouri’s 6th District in the House of Representatives since 2001. Born in Tarkio, Missouri in 1963, Rep. Graves was educated at University of Missouri and is married to Lesley Hickok.
He serves on the following committees: Committee on Small Business, Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.

The House Subcommittee on Highways and Transit said on Friday that it will hold a hearing to learn about motor-carrier innovations and technology that increase safety to reduce injuries and deaths, and prevent accidents involving trucks and buses. The subcommittee, whose chairman is U.S. Rep. Sam Graves (R-MO), also will determine whether federal and state safety programs need to be improved.
