Finch Transportation LLC, based in northwestern Florida, recently added veteran Paul Pasternak to its team as the new director of operations, to assist the company as it adjusts to its significant annual growth.

“Mr. Pasternak brings not only 12 years of industry knowledge,” John Finch, the owner of Sunshine, said. “He’s also a ‘customer first, never say no’ type of manager. With the high number of runs he’s accustomed to dispatching, along with hundreds of chauffeurs and reservationists he has trained, he will strengthen the team as we continue to perfect the customer experience.”

Pasternak, originally
from New York City, will join the team in order to help the company keep
up with its yearly double-digit growth.

“When presented with this opportunity, and coming down to meet the management team, I was very impressed by the level of passion on display by the owner, John,” Pasternak said. “His hands-on approach, coupled with the fact that he’s worked in every area of the company, convinced me he was sincere in his efforts to bring me on-board.”

He will operate Finch’s limousine and shuttle divisions, as well as training and dispatch areas.

“My experience in New York’s fast-paced environment will help continue the company’s never say no to a customer attitude,” Pasternak said. “I look forward to sharing my sense of innovation and my knowledge of every facet of this multi-billion dollar industry.”
