“The addition of delair’s depth of airport A-CDM expertise will provide SITA’s customers with an even stronger comprehensive Airport Management solution resulting in greater control of their operations, simplifying complexity and improving profitability,” Francesco Violante, CEO of SITA, said. “This acquisition will further bolster SITA’s position as the No. 1 airport ICT (information and communications technology) provider, with a presence in 1,000-plus airports around the world.”

With the acquisition, delair’s customers won’t be left in the dark, as SITA will continue to develop and provide support for all of the acquired company’s existing customers.
