South Dakota Department of Transportation issued the following announcement on Oct. 15.
Starting Thursday, Oct. 18, the South Dakota Department of Transportation will begin removing and reconstructing the box culvert on Lincoln County Highway 117, Louise Avenue, in Sioux Falls between 273rd Street and 274th Street.
Traffic will be detoured from Lincoln County Highway 117 to 276th Street to Interstate 29 to 273rd Street.
The project has an overall completion date of Nov. 9, 2018.
The prime contractor for the $230,187.60 project is Riley Brothers Construction, Inc., of Morris, Minnesota.
