Transportation Insight acquires BirdDog Solutions

Transportation Insight, a worldwide third-party logistics provider, recently acquired BirdDog Solutions, a parcel logistics solutions provider in North America.

This purchase gives Transportation Insight a better suite of services in addition to small package offerings. The new services include parcel auditing, parcel logistics optimization, and advanced parcel analytics.

“Integrating the BirdDog Solutions organization into the Transportation Insight enterprise brings our clients more expertise, tools and technology,”

Transportation Insight President and CEO Chris Baltz said. “The vision and innovation of our combined resources, along with our willingness to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction, enables us to deliver maximum value.”

Transportation Insight now has Tier One solutions for its clients throughout all of the different modes of transportation.
