The Washington State Department of Transportation (WSDOT) said on Friday that it is seeking public input on a plan to help boost accountability on decisions, increase understanding, and improve public access to information and decision making.

The WSDOT Community Engagement Plan will be used as a guide on how the agency should deal with partners, stakeholders, Native American tribes, communities and the public in planning, project and service delivery, maintenance and operations.

Comments on the plan can be submitted through June 22 by emailing [email protected].

Today, Delaware River and Bay Authority (DRBA) officials announced that independent credit agencies, S&P Global Ratings (S&P) and Moody’s Investors Service (Moody’s), affirmed the bi-state agency’s bond ratings of ‘A’ and ‘A1’ respectively on both the DRBA’s long-term underlying rating (SPUR) on revenue bonds outstanding and the proposed $180 million Series 2019 Revenue Bonds.
